Rags is the premier magazine of choice for Raggedy Ann and Andy collectors and enthusiasts. Each issue of Rags includes featured columnists, feature stories on collectors, information on special events including festivals, updates on the Raggedy Ann and Andy Museum, information on new products, as well as photos and original art submissions from our readers. A newsletter was originated and published for 12 years by Barbara Barth of Atlanta, Georgia. In June, 2000, "Rags" was purchased by Rankin Publishing Co. of Arcola, IL.

Rags is published 4 times a year: February, July, September and December. A special 4-Color Tabloid Commemorative Issue on the Raggedy Ann & Andy Festival in Arcola, Illinois is published in April. Rags subscribers receive this special bonus issue free.
